"It's sad but true. I will be sixty-nine next summer so I have to do these things now. I let too much time elapse.  Forty-eight years ago I came to Paros for a dance project because I wanted to start dancing again. I came away with a new fire and happiness from my experience on Paros. I don't think I would have pursued dance had I not come. It was a rebirth of my desire from within my soul. When I first started International Dance Project I wanted to do it on Paros, but there were no resources. There are now. For me Paros is special. It shaped my life's course."
